Following up on my previous complaint, I am also writing to urgently clarify a visa-related issue that is now causing serious consequences. My name is Hassan Hamdy Hassan, and I applied for a student visa related to my foundation programme in Malaysia. The university had already provided me with an official letter stating that I could enter and exit Malaysia using my existing visa, and no additional visa was necessary. However, I was informed by the embassy that I must apply for a Single Entry Visa (S.A.V.), despite the fact that this step was unnecessary and contrary to what my university stated. The embassy’s insistence on this requirement has now placed me in a difficult position. Due to this, I may lose the validity of my student visa upon entry, or be forced to pay 350 MYR or more to reapply for a new visa in Malaysia. I have been advised that this situation could have been avoided entirely if the S.A.V. had not been issued. I am therefore formally requesting an official written statement from the embassy confirming that this S.A.V. was required by the embassy, not by myself. I need this document to present it to immigration authorities in Malaysia in order to avoid paying additional fees or facing unnecessary visa complications. This situation is not my fault, yet I am the one facing the consequences. I respectfully urge your office to act immediately and send me a response before my travel date, as any further delays may directly affect my entry into Malaysia and my academic future. I trust that you will take full responsibility and handle this matter with urgency and professionalism.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the lack of commitment to scheduled appointments at the Malaysian Embassy in Egypt. I was given a confirmed appointment for submitting my passport to obtain a Single Entry Visa (S.A.V.). Based on this confirmation, I booked my flight tickets accordingly. However, the appointment was suddenly cancelled without prior notice, and I was assigned a new date for passport submission. As a result, I had to change my travel plans and incurred additional costs of nearly 40,000 EGP. What happened has caused me very significant financial losses and created academic complications with my university in Malaysia, as I was supposed to travel right after the original appointment date set by the embassy. Moreover, I attempted to reach out to several staff members at the embassy to understand what happened and seek assistance, but unfortunately, I received no helpful response. I believe that there should be much better communication and cooperation, especially in situations that directly affect people’s education and future. I would also like to mention that I have dealt with multiple embassies in the past and have never experienced this level of disorganisation regarding appointments. I am submitting this complaint under the name Hassan Hamdy Hassan, and I kindly urge you to respond promptly, as my future and university admission depend on receiving my passport and being able to travel within the necessary timeframe. Yours sincerely, Hassan Hamdy Hassan Passport Number: A27115208 Phone: +20 100 182 8709
